AI outputs are not a substitute for professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, investment, or other regulated advice), emergency services, safety-critical systems, or any other high-risk use case.
You must not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for making decisions and should independently verify any information before acting on it, especially where errors could lead to personal injury, financial loss, or legal consequences.
We moderate conversations to exclude sensitive or illegal topics and may terminate sessions or accounts.
You agree not to use the Platform or any AI output in connection with:
We cannot control and have no duty to take any action regarding how you may interpret and use the content or what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the content, and you hereby release us from all liability therefor.
The services may contain links or connections to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Soriz. When you access third-party websites or use third-party services, you accept that there are risks in doing so, and that Soriz is not responsible for such risks.
Soriz has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of or opinions expressed in any third-party websites or by any third party that you interact with through the Platform. In addition, Soriz will not and cannot monitor, verify, censor, or edit the content of any third-party site or service. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Platform and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each third-party website or service that you visit or utilize. By using the Platform, you release and hold us harmless from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or service.
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your country of residence to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is and will remain accurate, current, and complete.
If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian, and we may require additional verification, such as parental consent or other measures, before allowing access. We reserve the right to request proof of age and parental consent at any time and may terminate access if not provided.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that “you” in these Terms will refer to both you individually and that entity.
While using our Platform, you must comply with all applicable laws. Due to the nature of our services and artificial intelligence generally, output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output.

Soriz may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform (including the disabling of your account) if:

Account termination may result in destruction of any content associated with your account, so keep that in mind before you decide to terminate your account.
If you have deleted your account by mistake, contact us immediately at support@soriz.com — we will try to help, but unfortunately, we can’t promise that we can recover or restore anything.
Soriz may store chat histories, messages, and interactions between users and AI personas for an extended or indefinite period, subject to its data retention policies and applicable law.
By using the Platform, you consent to the storage of your conversations and interactions for purposes including:
You may request deletion of certain account information and, where legally required, certain conversation data as described in the Privacy Policy and subject to technical feasibility and Soriz’s legal obligations.
AI Personas (operated by Creators or Soriz) may share hyperlinks to third-party websites where users can purchase products, services, or digital goods (“External Websites”). Clicking these links will redirect you directly to the External Website to complete any purchase or transaction.
Soriz does not process, facilitate, or handle payments for products or services purchased through External Websites. All transactions occur directly between you and the External Website, governed by their separate terms, privacy policy, and payment processors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soriz, its affiliates, and Creators disclaim all liability for:
You hereby agree that you will purchase products/services at your own risk from External Websites. Soriz provides links only as a convenience and makes no representations about External Websites or their offerings.
Soriz and/or Creators may earn commissions or referral fees from External Websites when users complete purchases through shared links. This does not create any obligation for Soriz to provide refunds, support, or liability coverage.
Soriz and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and all related technology, software, models, code, designs, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, service marks, and content (excluding user content), together with all associated intellectual property rights. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Soriz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal purposes. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
The Platform may display or integrate content, software, or services provided by third parties, including models and tools from third-party AI providers. Such third-party materials may be subject to separate terms and conditions, and Soriz is not responsible for such materials or for any damage or loss arising from your use of them.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by Soriz’s Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and shared.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights under applicable privacy and data protection laws, including rights of access, correction, deletion, or objection. These are described in the Privacy Policy and may be exercised by contacting Soriz via the methods set out there.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and all content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Soriz and its affiliates, licensors, and partners specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or trade usage.
Soriz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that AI outputs or other content will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or suitable for your purposes. You acknowledge that AI systems have inherent limitations and may produce unexpected or erroneous results.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. To the extent that such laws apply to you, some or all of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights under law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soriz and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soriz and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Soriz reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with Soriz in asserting any available defenses.
These Terms and all disputes arising from them will be governed exclusively by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts and arbitration in New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
The complaining party must first send written notice to legal@soriz.com detailing the nature of the dispute, relief sought, and relevant account or transaction details. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for 60 days. Legal time limits pause during this period.
Except as provided below, all disputes will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in New Delhi, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), administered by the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), before a single arbitrator, in the English language, conducted virtually or in New Delhi.
Soriz may update, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Platform at any time, including adding or removing features, content, or functionality.
Soriz may also revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms will be changed, and where required by law or deemed appropriate, Soriz will provide additional notice (such as a banner, email, or in-product notification).
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updates, you must stop using the Platform.
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, apps, content, or services that are not owned or controlled by Soriz.
Soriz is not responsible for such third-party resources and does not endorse or assume any responsibility for them. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Soriz may provide notices to you by posting on the Platform, sending an email to the address associated with your account, or by any other reasonable means.
You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. Notices sent to the last email address provided by you will be deemed received when sent.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any additional terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soriz regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the subject matter.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Failure by Soriz to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without Soriz’s prior written consent. Soriz may freely assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
Force Majeure: Soriz will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, or other events of a similar nature.
