  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent, clickstream data, Persona interactions.
  • Device & Network: P address, browser type, OS, device ID, location (approximate via IP), cookies, analytics IDs.
  • AI Metadata: Conversation timestamps, session IDs, response patterns, engagement metrics.

 

Data Usage

We use information for these purposes:

  • Provide and personalize the Platform (e.g., generate AI responses, deploy Personas).
  • Improve AI models (e.g., train on chats/prompts with de-identification).
  • Process payments, payouts, and taxes.
  • Communicate updates, support, marketing and selling.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, spam; enforce Terms of Use.
  • Analytics, research, product development (using aggregated/anonymized data).
  • Showing you advertisements, including interest-based, online behavioural or targeted advertising.

Creators: We use your training data specifically to build/optimize your personas and share metrics with you/brand partners.

You or Your Representative

  • When you or your representative (e.g., a talent agency if you are a Creator) provide such information directly to us.
  • When you or your representative create an account or use our interactive tools and services.
  • When you voluntarily provide information in free-form text boxes through the Platform or through responses to surveys or questionnaires.
  • When you send us an email or otherwise contact us.
  • When you use the services and such information is collected automatically.
  • Through cookies.
  • If you use a location-enabled browser, we may receive information about your location and mobile device, as applicable.
  • If you download and install certain applications and software we make available, we may receive and collect information transmitted from your computing device for the purpose of providing you the relevant services, such as information regarding when you are logged on and available to receive updates or alert notices.

 

Social Media and Similar Platforms

When you or your representative provide your social media profiles or posts directly or through website links to us.

 

Creators

When creators refer you to our services, we may receive your email address.

 

Data Sharing

There are certain circumstances in which we may share your information with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

  • Service providers and third-party vendors: We share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that support the Platform. These service providers are limited from using your information for any purpose other than to perform services for us.
  • Legal Purposes: We may disclose information for legal purposes, such as to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, law enforcement requests, legal claims or government inquiries, detect fraud, and to protect and defend the rights, interests, safety, and security of Soriz, our affiliates, owners, users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: We may share your information in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of a website, a merger, consolidation, asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
  • With your Consent: We may share information for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect the information or pursuant to your consent.

 

Biometric Information

    1. In order for Soriz to generate and display Creator’s digital mind and operate the services, Soriz may derive biometric information from photos, videos and audio recordings of Creator. This Biometric Consent Form provides information regarding Soriz’s collection, use, disclosure and retention of biometric information.

    2. Disclosure of Biometric Information:

      Soriz may disclose biometric information to its service providers, including hosting providers and other service providers that process information for Soriz and/or make certain services, features or functionality available to Creators and Users on its behalf. Soriz’s service providers are contractually restricted with respect to their use and disclosure of information they host and process on behalf of Soriz.

    3. Retention of Biometric Information:

      Soriz retains Creator’s biometric information for the duration of its agreement with the Creator, unless a different retention period is required by law.

Children’s Information

Soriz does not knowingly collect or store information from children under the age of 13, unless permitted by law. We will delete any information we may have inadvertently received from a child under 13 upon notice. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to Soriz through our Platform, please contact us.

Data Retention

We retain information relating to the services provided through the Platform until it is no longer necessary to serve the purposes for which it was collected. Retention of data will comprise of the following:

  • Chats/Conversations:
  • Stored permanently unless you request deletion. Even after deletion or account closure, we retain copies for:
  1. Legal compliance, dispute resolution, safety (up to 7 years or as required by law).
    1. AI training (de-identified versions indefinitely).
    1. Backup/archival (recoverable for 30-90 days post-deletion).
  • Account Data: Retained as long as account is active and post-deletion, the same may be retained for legal periods
  • Creator Content: Retained as long as persona is live and the backups may be retained post-removal.

Please note that deleting your account removes visible access but does not erase all copies. Data already processed (e.g., for AI training) cannot be “un-trained.”

 

 

Reasons we may retain some information for longer periods include:

  1. A legal request or obligation to comply with applicable laws;
  2. A governmental investigation;
  3. An investigation of possible violations of our terms or policies;
  4. To prevent harm;
  5. For safety, security and integrity purposes;
  6. To protect ourselves, including our rights, property or products; or
  7. If it is needed in relation to a legal claim, complaint, litigation or regulatory proceedings.

 

Data that is Not Personal Data

We may create aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data from the personal data we collect, including by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to a particular user. We may use such aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data and disclose it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze, build and improve the services and promote our business, provided that we will not disclose such data in a manner that could identify you.
