Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to all users of the Platform operated by Soriz Digital Private Limited (“Soriz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using the Platform, you agree to follow these rules.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent removal.

1. Respect the Community 

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Promote hate speech or discrimination
• Use abusive, violent, or sexually explicit language
• Encourage self-harm or harm to others

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that create unsafe environments.

2. Illegal or Harmful Activity

You may not use the Platform to:

• Promote illegal goods or services
• Facilitate fraud, scams, or deception
• Share stolen information
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in financial manipulation

We may report illegal conduct to appropriate authorities. 

3. Intellectual Property

You may not upload or submit content that:

• Infringes copyrights
• Violates trademarks
• Uses another person’s likeness without permission
• Includes confidential information without authorization

Creators uploading training materials must have full rights and permissions.

Repeated infringement may result in permanent account termination.

4. AI Misuse

Because this Platform includes AI-generated personas, the following is strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to reverse engineer AI systems
• Manipulating AI to generate harmful or illegal content
• Using AI outputs for impersonation or deception
• Exploiting AI responses to mislead others

AI personas must not be used to simulate real individuals without consent.

5. Sensitive Personal Data

Do not share:

• Government ID numbers
• Credit card or banking information
• Medical records
• Legal case details
• Biometric data

While conversations are stored, users are responsible for the information they choose to share.

6. Creator Responsibilities

If you are a Creator, you must:

• Ensure uploaded training data is lawful
• Avoid deceptive claims
• Clearly disclose sponsored or affiliate relationships
• Not train AI personas to impersonate public figures without authorization

Creators are responsible for their AI persona’s positioning and branding.

Soriz may intervene or disable personas that pose legal or reputational risk.

7. Advertising Transparency

Sponsored recommendations must be clearly disclosed.

You may not:

• Hide affiliate relationships
• Misrepresent paid partnerships
• Present advertising as independent advice

Transparency protects both creators and users.

8. Platform Integrity

You may not:

• Scrape data at scale
• Attempt to bypass security
• Interfere with platform operations
• Create fake accounts
• Manipulate engagement metrics

We actively monitor abuse and may block suspicious activity.

9. Enforcement

Soriz may:

• Remove content
• Restrict visibility
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently ban users
• Disable AI personas
• Report unlawful conduct

Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion to protect the community and Platform integrity.

11. Updates

We may update these Guidelines as the Platform evolves.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated standards.
