These Creator Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (or the organization, company, or entity you represent) (“Creator”, “you”, or “your”) and Soriz Digital Private Limited (“Soriz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of Soriz’s creator tools and services (“Creator Services”), including AI persona creation, deployment, monetization features, and related functionality.
By registering a Creator account, accessing the Creator Services, or clicking “I Agree,” you accept these Terms and create a legally binding contract with Soriz.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of revised Terms.
Soriz grants access to Creator Services including AI tools, APIs, analytics dashboards, and related features.
We may modify services at any time for business, technical, or legal reasons.
You must provide accurate and updated information.
You are responsible for account confidentiality and activities.
You act as an independent contractor.
You cannot bind Soriz legally without written permission.
You may upload content such as images, videos, voice, and text.
Personas generate outputs based on user inputs.
You agree to indemnify Soriz against claims and damages.
Both parties must protect confidential information.
You agree to pay subscription fees as displayed.
You earn revenue from user interactions.
You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Soriz may suspend access for violations or legal reasons.
Terms remain until account termination.
Soriz ensures no malware or harmful code.
Services are provided “as is”.
Soriz is not liable for indirect damages.
Liability limited to USD 100.
Governed by laws of India.
Disputes resolved via arbitration in New Delhi.
